Annual Assessment = $2,520.00 November 1-October 31

Facilities Fee = $424.00 April 1-March 31

*Entitles members, their guests and renters usage of all recreational facilities. Daily use fees for Golf, Ski, and/or Tennis applicable. Annual Amenity Package plans for Golf, Ski, and/or Tennis. Members have unlimited use of health club, pool and squash courts. Rates may apply to member’s guests.

*Tee Time Policies are as follows:

One tee time per person per day is allowed. Persons with an annual Golf Amenity Package (GAP) may schedule a tee time up to eight (8) days in advance. A GAP member may schedule a second tee time for a GAP member within the same family membership. In the case of a weekend or a three day holiday that includes a Monday, GAP members may make tee times on the previous Friday for any of the days on that weekend or holiday. Non-GAP members may schedule tee times five (5) days in advance, renter three (3) days. Family guests may make tee times five (5) days in vance, but may not make weekend or holiday times (QC Golf Handbook Pg. 2, 2004).
